Why we started Loomantix

Professionals in regulated industries—healthcare, legal, finance—spend too much time on documentation and administrative tasks. The tools meant to help often add more friction instead of removing it.

We started Loomantix to change that. Our goal is simple: weave intelligence directly into the workflows professionals already use, without adding complexity or requiring them to change how they work.

What we're building

Our first product, ActiveScribe, is a real-time clinical note assistant. It listens to patient encounters, transcribes the conversation, and drafts structured notes—so clinicians can focus on care, not paperwork.

ActiveScribe is designed for regulated environments from day one. That means HIPAA and PIPEDA compliance, end-to-end encryption, and the reliability that healthcare demands.

What's next

We're currently onboarding early access partners—clinics and health systems who want to spend less time on documentation and more time with patients.
