You may use our services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for your use of the services and for any content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Account Registration
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
2. ActiveScribe and Healthcare Use
ActiveScribe is designed to assist healthcare professionals with clinical documentation. It is not intended to replace professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment decisions.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before use
- ActiveScribe does not provide medical advice or diagnoses
- You must comply with all applicable healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and PIPEDA
- You are responsible for obtaining any necessary patient consents
3. Intellectual Property
Our services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Loomantix and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you provide to our services. By using our services, you grant us a license to use, process, and store your content as necessary to provide the services.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt our services
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software
- Use our services to transmit malware or other harmful code
- Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOOMANTIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loomantix and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
